Alpha Omicron Pi Delegate
Hi, my name is Fiona!
I’m currently in second year double majoring in Economics and International Development Studies with a minor in sociology. I was born and raised in Toronto. In my spare time you can find me signing up for some kind of new skills workshop, hot yoga or pilates classes, and baking banana bread.
Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to join a sorority out of pure curiosity and with the hope of finding a community I would be able to immerse myself within, and I can happily say it’s one of the greatest decisions I’ve made during my time at McGill so far. I have already met some of my best friends, who I also get to call my sisters, and have made so many other great friends within the Greek Community at McGill.
I’m so excited to get to know all the other girls on Panhel who come from different chapters and to bring all the McGill sororities together to form a more unified and fun bond within the Greek Community!
I'm a U2 student from Rosemère, Quebec pursuing a double major in political science and international development! I love concerts, spicy food, and socks with fun patterns. In my free time, catch me cracking awful jokes and reading books that have nothing to do with my classes.
There's a quote along the lines of "your comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there" that describes my choice to join a sorority pretty well. I was hesitant because my sorority knowledge was mostly acquired from cheesy American movies, but it ended up being the best choice I made at McGill. I couldn't imagine tackling the rollercoaster that is the university experience without the constant love, support, and empowerment from my sisters.
I am involved in multiple groups on and off campus and am unbelievably excited to add Panhel to that list this year! I'm looking forward to creating meaningful connections between the sororities and working towards a more transparent Panhellenic Council.

Hi, I'm Anna!
I'm a second-year dual major, studying Industrial Relations and Gender, Sexuality, Feminist, and Social Justice Studies. I love reading -- my favorite book is 100 Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez!
My sorority has brought strong, intelligent, and compassionate women into my life that I'm proud to call my sisters and best friends. Life at McGill just wouldn't be the same without them! Being a Panhellenic delegate allows me to connect with other sorority women who share my vision of a well-connected and prominent network between all sisterhoods on campus!
Greetings to all! My name is Mary Zhang.
I am a Bachelor of Commerce candidate at Desaultels Faculty of Management, majoring in Strategic Management, with a concentration in International Business, and a minor in sociology (Arts). Having lived in three diverse countries (the United States, China, and Canada) and speaking four different languages (English, Mandarin, Spanish, and French), I am proud to call myself a global citizen. When not studying on Bronf second floor, making new connections on LinkedIn, or trying (and failing) to locate any building other than Bronfman on campus in my business casual attire, I can be found traveling internationally, perfecting my musicianship and vocal skills, or obsessing over the latest Broadway musical. Outside of Panhel, I also hold the position of VP Finance at the Inter-Residence Council, work as an Exchange Participants Manager at AIESEC McGill, and sit on the Community Engagement & Equity Council (CEEC) on campus.
I joined Greek life as a way to expand my personal and professional network. However, my chapter has rewarded me with a more amazing supportive system, loving sisterhood, and enduring mentorship than I could’ve ever imagined before/during rush. As Theta’s Panhel delegate, I aspire to represent my chapter well in the McGill Panhellenic community, reinforce the positive image of Greek life in McGill, and strengthen #PanhelLove between our sororities. Can’t wait for all the amazing changes and memories we are going to make, Panhel 2019!

Hi, I’m Noa!
I’m in U0 in the Arts and Sciences program. I was born in Israel but moved to Canada at the age of 5 and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario so I speak French, English and Hebrew! As a kid, I competed on a dance team in ballet, tap and jazz until middle school when I switched to varsity rowing. I’m a very active person and love camping and exploring the outdoors; in the summer I work at a summer camp I’ve been attending since the age of 10 in Algonquin Park, Ontario, and go on multiple canoe excursions every year! In my free time, I like to channel my creativity into filmmaking and have been learning filming and editing techniques for short videos.
Although it’s my first year and I just rushed Kappa last semester I feel like Greek life has allowed me to find a group of people who have been such an incredible support system for me in every way possible, and I am so grateful for all the opportunities it has given me and the incredible people that I have met being a part of it! I love working with others and am super excited to be representing Kappa on the Panhellenic council this year!
